July 14th – 19th or August 11-16th  |  West Branch Farms in Machias, Maine

Meet us at the Bangor Airport in Maine. 

No rental car necessary. DCX Community will provide drivers to/from the Bangor International Airport and West Branch Farms (and anywhere else throughout the week), which is approximately 1 1/2 hours from Machias, ME.

All meals will be covered once landed in Maine

The cost is $5,000/person and payment plans are available.

What to expect

before

  • 4 weeks out we will start doing weekly group calls for you to get to know the other attendees and start diagnosing your 3 biggest challenges.

During

  • 5 Nights Lodging in brand new cabins in the Maine Woods on West Branch Farms
  • Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
  • Onsite photographer and videographer
  • Mentorship time with Chris Meroff to help troubleshoot your three biggest challenges.

After

  • Photos/videos to use on social media (share your experience and grow your personal brand)
  • Relationships with 11 other leaders
The Leadership Retreat was an incredible experience. Whether you know the people you’re going with or not, the physical space creates an emotional space and vulnerability so you will soon become fast friends. Not only is Maine gorgeous and you’re surrounded by some of God’s most beautiful artwork, the intentional time to reflect, dream and grow is priceless. Chris and the DCX team facilitated an incredible dialogue that truly made me think. Some of the topics were around identity and how it is not found in what you’re doing for others. Another hot topic was leadership misconceptions, as well as culture. The Retreat was the reminder I needed that I am already worthy and need to rest in God’s authority. Plus, getting to see that stunning slice of the world with a local cannot be beat! The food was unbelievable, the views and activities were amazing and the community at the Retreat are now people that will forever hold a special place in my heart.
